- 2 and 1 storey wood frame buildings
- 2 buildings consisting of 33 units totalling 11,000 sf
- Extensive mould and asbestos abatement
- Wood and Stucco Cladding Repairs
- Existing built up flat roofing was repaired
- Plumbing and Electrical Upgrades
- New flooring, drywall and trims
