Description of Project:
102 Unit Seniors care facility situated on top of a 1 level underground parkade and parkade raft slab assembly:
- Large Arts and Crafts Style Amenity Area
- Commercial Kitchen to serve in excess of 300 Residents
- Extremely challenging geotechnical conditions (some piles are required to support the foundation)
- Above grade construction is a mix of combustible and non combustible construction
7 Storey- 56 Unit Independent Living facility situated on top of a 1 level underground parkade and pile and caisson foundation system:
- Rain Screen Stucco Cladding System
- Complicated sequencing on a site with no laydown area.
- Extremely challenging geotechnical conditions
- Pile and Caisson Foundation System
