Ali joined the VanMar team in August 2021. After moving to Canada in 2009, he worked first in sheet metal for a roofing contractor for 2 years before transferring over to a smaller company building pre-engineered steel buildings. After 3 years working there, he took over field operations and ran the on-site crew. Being a foreman for 6 years, Ali developed a keen sense of the importance of deadlines and putting in what it takes to complete projects, coming up with solutions to challenges he faced and delivering a quality product.
His desire to increase his management skill set led him to apply here at VanMar, where excellence in construction management is his goal.
