Kyle Bakelaar
Assistant Project Manager
Kyle joined VanMar Constructors’ British Columbia team in 2024 after four years with the team in Ontario. He graduated from Conestoga College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Architecture Project and Facility Management and has since worked on a range of residential construction projects, from high-rise cast-in-place buildings to mid-rise wood-frame developments.
He specializes in building strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring effective coordination and communication across teams.
Outside of work, you’ll find Kyle mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking with his fiancée and their dog.
