Description of Project:
  • 48-unit residential housing project.
  • All 48 units are adaptable.
  • Two storeys below grade parking and 4 stories above grade of housing units.
  • Level 1 includes a Garden Plaza with a commercial kitchen, Hair Salon, Meeting Rooms and beautiful places to enjoy the view with floor to ceiling windows.
