- 39 adaptable, and 5 fully accessible units.
- Six-storey wood-frame residential building with a single level parkade consisting of supportive housing, common amenity and rental suites.
- Indoor and Outdoor Amenity Spaces on level 2.
- Community Garden on level 3.
- Roof-top community garden, outdoor lounge, and yoga/viewing deck.
