Description of Project:
- Van Maren Construction was selected as the Design-Build Contractor
- 30 storey residential tower and woodframe townhouses clustered around perimeter of project.
- The project incorporates 284 units of both market and non-market rental housing.
- Amenity spaces and children’s play areas located at grade and throughout the project.
