- 1 building consisting of 96 units totalling 56,000 sf
- Metal and masonry cladding
- LEED Gold Project (Air Source Heat Pumps and Infloor Radiant Heat)
- 7 Rooftop Decks
- 1 Floor for Hard to House Youth, 1 Floor for HIV / Aids Patients, 1 Secure floor for women
