Description of Project:
- 48-unit residential housing project.
- All 48 units are adaptable.
- Two storeys below grade parking and 4 stories above grade of housing units.
- Level 1 includes a Garden Plaza with a commercial kitchen, Hair Salon, Meeting Rooms and beautiful places to enjoy the view with floor to ceiling windows.
- Activity spaces on level 2,3 and 4 with a kitchen and lounge seating.
- Outdoor courtyard and amenity space at ground level.
- Large Terrace on level 4 with seating.
