With focused safety experience since 2020 and construction industry experience since 2015, Charity's dedication to excellence is reflected in her qualifications. Charity has achieved her National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation and is actively pursuing her Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) program and is constantly seeking continuous professional development.
On a day-to-day basis, Charity manages a team of 15 staff members, ensuring that safety is ingrained in every facet of our operations. As an advocate for a positive culture, she spearheads the implementation of our comprehensive health and safety program, fostering an environment where safety isn't just a requirement but a shared value.
