- VanMar Constructors 1017 Inc. was selected as Construction Manager at Risk
- 4 storey wood frame building constructed on an underground concrete parkade
- 8000 SF Campus Bookstore on the main floor
- 204 Bed, 70,000 SF Student Residence
- Hardiplank, stucco, and masonry cladding
- 2 Ply SBS and Metal Roof
- Sanitary Lift Station for the new buildings on Campus
