Description of Project:
- 2 – 6 storey buildings with 102 total units of affordable housing.
- 1 level of underground parkade with 1 level concrete and 5 wood frame above grade.
- A combination of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units with 54% being family units.
- Each building includes a common amenity room as well as outdoor amenity space and kids play area.
