Description of Project:
- 6 storey concrete midrise renovation
- 1 building: Upper 5 floors consists of 55 residential units totalling 28,410 sf: Main floor consists of meeting rooms and hair salon, with commercial kitchen / servery to be added totalling 2,661 sf
- Hazardous materials dealt with on site included lead paint, asbestos and mould
- Upgrade fire alarm system, new fire protection system, and new domestic piping throughout
- Units received new bathrooms with handicap shower accessibility complete with new toilet and vanity sink, drywall, flooring, fixtures and finishes complete
- Ground floor commercial space received upgrades with added commercial kitchen / server, new flooring and t-bar ceiling, and finishes complete
