- The Baltic/VanMar team won the Residential Care beds through a competitive proposal call from Interior Health.
- Large commercial kitchen.
- Future independent living expansion potential for a campus of care.
- Unique neighbourhood designs.
- Oxygen and lift systems installed in both buildings.
