- 59 adaptable, and 5 fully accessible units
- One level of above ground concrete construction.
- Level 1 includes a church space, which includes a commercial kitchen, offices, and clubhouse areas.
- Residential amenity space on level 1 with kitchen and lounge.
- Large outdoor amenity balcony on level 6.
